This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device. When working, the materials are spirally and evenly entered into the first chamber of the mill from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. The chamber is equipped with stepped linings or corrugated linings and steel balls of different specifications. , the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel ball to a certain height and then falls, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the materials reach coarse grinding in the first chamber, they enter the second chamber through the single-layer partition plate. This chamber is equipped with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls for further grinding the materials. The powdery material is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.

Precautions for use

1. The feeding must be uniform. If the feeding is too much, the equipment will be blocked. If the feeding is too little, the entire production process will be affected and the efficiency will be reduced. In addition, the size of the material must also be ensured to be within the specified range of the equipment. If it is too wet, Or materials that are too sticky, otherwise the car will become stuffy.

2. During production, attention should be paid to full load production, and no overload or underload conditions should occur. Otherwise, the product granularity will be too coarse and fail to meet customer requirements.

3. In the front crushing process, the crushing ratio distribution must be reasonable, so that the intermittent ball mill can better exert its efficiency.
