The fineness of the ore discharge of the overflow ball mill has a great impact on the grade of the concentrate, and the fineness is too coarse and the work is too fine, which will have a bad impact.First of all, too coarse particle size may not be able to separate useful minerals from gangue minerals, causing impurities to enter subsequent operations, which in turn affects the grade of the concentrate.


In addition, if the ore discharge is too fine, it may cause agglomeration in the subsequent flotation process, so that the material and the flotation agent cannot be in full contact, resulting in poor flotation effect, further affecting the grade of the concentrate.
