1. Lubrication of ball mill

All lubricating oil should be released when the mill is put into continuous operation for one month, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new oil.In the future, the oil will be changed every 6 months, and the lubrication condition and oil surface height of each lubrication point will be checked at least every 4 hours.

2. Cylinder protection of ball mill

The cylinder of the ball mill is one of the main components of the ball mill. When the cylinder is working, in addition to bearing the static load of the grinding body, it is also affected by the grinding body, so the alternating stress is generated on the cylinder.Therefore, it must have sufficient strength and stiffness.Connected to the cylinder of the ball mill are the main shaft and the sliding bearing, which are very large in diameter but short in length.The main bearing is the key component of the ball mill, and generally adopts static or static pressure bearings.The difference between the two is that the high-pressure lubrication pump of hydrostatic bearings has to be operated all the time, while the high-pressure lubrication pump of static and static bearings needs to be operated before starting and for a period of time before stopping. After the normal start-up, the high-pressure lubrication pump will no longer run.Due to some mechanical failures and other reasons, when the temperature of the main spindle is too high, it is easy to cause damage to the main spindle and affect the normal operation of the mill.Therefore, full attention must be paid to its lubrication problems, and generally the concentrated circulation lubrication method of dilute oil is used.The speed of the ore feeding tape of the ball mill can be adjusted, and some use feeding equipment, such as vibration, pendulum and disc feeders.What is needed here is that the ore feed volume can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of changing the processing volume of the mill. The control system can generally be equipped with belt scales and cutting plugging switches for detection.

3. the application of the active clutch of the ball mill

Through the application of active clutches, when the torque is overloaded and the ball mill is broken at a large particle size, the transmission gear can be effectively disconnected, so that the speed of the ball mill is rapidly reduced, reducing the occurrence of a lot of wear and tear caused by the machine when crushing materials.The sensitivity of this device can be adjusted. Through the judgment of each ball mill manufacturer based on their own existing experience, it can be effectively controlled. According to the analysis of experimental data, the application of this device can reduce the wear and tear of the ball mill cylinder and extend its service life for 6-12 months.
