The main valuable mineral of a certain mine is pyromolybdenite, which has a high content of quartz in non-metallic minerals, and gangue minerals are severely deformed.The process flow of the selection plant is one rough selection, two sweeps, and four selections. The grade of raw ore molybdenum is 0.38%. In recent years, due to the increase in mining depth, the nature of the ore has changed, and the flotation index is poor, resulting in more loss of molybdenum metal.Later, after on-site investigation and analysis, Xinhai determined the cause of the problem, and determined its process after many tests: one stage of grinding of raw ore, one coarse selection, one coarse selection, one coarse concentrate re-grinding, three sweeps, and seven selections after re-grinding to achieve better indicators.
