Separation of fluorite and sulfide ore

For fluorite containing sulfide ore, the sulfide ore is generally floated out with a yellow medicine collector, and then the fatty acid collector is added to flotation the fluorite. In the flotation operation of fluorite, a small amount of sulfide mineral inhibitors can be added to inhibit the residual sulfide minerals to ensure the quality of the fluorite concentrate.

Separation of fluorite and barite

Generally, fluorite and barite are mixed and flotation, and then separated. Oleic acid is used as a collector to obtain the mixed concentrate during the mixed flotation. The mixed concentrate can be separated by positive flotation or reverse flotation to obtain the fluorite concentrate.

Separation of fluorite and quartz

Fluorite is collected with fatty acids, and quartz is suppressed by water glass.The amount of water glass should be properly controlled. A small amount has an activation effect on fluorite, but the inhibition effect on quartz is not enough. Excessive amounts will inhibit fluorite.Sometimes in order to enhance the inhibitory effect of water glass on quartz, certain multivalent metal ions are added, which not only inhibits quartz but also hydrolyzes it.

The ore of a certain fluorite ore has a low grade and a large degree of oxidation. The fluorite can be distributed with fine particle size and small hardness. The original production process is one fine and then milled, seven times selected, the concentrate grade is 88%, the recovery rate is only 75.56%, and the mineral processing index is poor, which seriously affects the production index and economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore, Xingkuang Group was entrusted to carry out technical transformation.
