It is mainly used for the concentration and dehydration process of tailings in mineral processing plants, achieving the purpose of dry tailings stacking and avoiding environmental pollution. It is the preferred process for implementing green mines.

Good dewatering effect of tailings

Three types of equipment are used for dehydration in sequence: a concentrated hydraulic cyclone, a deep cone thickener, and a multi frequency dewatering screen, to achieve a concentration of over 85% and achieve dry discharge.


Low operating cost of production line

The unique equipment combination of tailings dry discharge technology reduces equipment investment and civil engineering investment, and the equipment has good dewatering effect, low energy consumption, and greatly extends service life, further reducing operating costs.


Long service life of equipment

The equipment used in the tailings dry discharge process is lined with wear-resistant rubber, with a wear resistance index of up to 128%, and can be lined with rubber of different characteristics according to the specific properties of the slurry, with a wide range of applications. The lifespan of the entire production line is twice that of a regular equipment production line, greatly reducing manual maintenance and operating costs by at least 2 yuan/ton.

[Equipment Improvement]

The tailings dry discharge process utilizes three types of equipment to provide strong support for the tailings concentration process:   


The improvement of the concentrated dewatering type hydrocyclone is to install a siphon device in the upper part and a fish tail device in the lower part. By adjusting the siphon device, the concentration of the bottom flow can be adjusted to about 75%, which greatly reduces the investment in subsequent equipment such as thickeners required for tailings dry discharge process;


The deep cone multi cone thickener is equipped with inclined plates, which increase the settling area of the thickener by more than 8 times, improving the bottom flow concentration and processing capacity;


The multi frequency dewatering screen adopts a unique sieve plate structure, coupled with the multi frequency vibration of the motor, which not only makes it difficult for the slurry particles to pass through the sieve holes, but also improves the dewatering efficiency.


The equipment used in the tailings dry discharge process is lined with wear-resistant rubber to extend its service life and reduce operating costs.
