The discharge particle size can be adjusted in various ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the crushing chamber, etc. The gap adjustment can be controlled mechanically or hydraulically. The hydraulic control system can be used to conveniently adjust the gap through on-site operation buttons or distance control systems.

The wear of the hammer head is only on the side facing the material. When the rotor speed is normal, the feed will fall onto the surface of the hammer head, and the back and side of the hammer head will not wear, even on the side facing the material, wear is minimal. And the bottom grinding rod is easy to replace. The metal utilization rate of the hammer head of the impact crusher can reach up to 45% -48%.

There are only 6 plate hammers installed on the rotor of the impact crusher, and special tools are designed to facilitate the replacement of plate hammers. Replacing a set of plate hammers only requires one shift.
Working principle of impact crusher
The impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. During machine operation, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is hit by the plate hammer and thrown towards the counterattack device around the rotor, and then bounces back from the counterattack lining plate to the plate hammer action area until it is crushed to the required particle size. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can change the size and shape of the final product.
