Product FAQ

Do you know the main factors that affect the production capacity of crushers?

The crushing capacity of a crusher refers to the amount of material crushed per unit time, usually measured in tons per hour.

There are many factors that affect the production capacity of crushers:

1. The hardness of the material. The harder the material, the more difficult it is to break, and the more severe the wear and tear on the equipment. The speed of crushing is slow, but of course, the crushing ability is small.

2. The humidity of the material, which means that when the moisture content in the material is high, it is easy for the material to adhere inside the crusher, and it is also easy to block during the feeding and transportation process, resulting in a decrease in crushing capacity.

3. The fineness of the crushed material is required to be high, that is, the finer the material that needs to be crushed, the smaller the crushing capacity.

4. The composition of the material, the more fine powder it contains before crushing, the more it affects crushing, because these fine powders are prone to adhesion and affect transportation. For those with a high content of fine powder, they should be sieved once in advance.

5. The viscosity of the material. The higher the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere.

6. The better the wear resistance of the broken parts (hammers, jaw plates) of the crushing equipment, the greater the crushing capacity. If they are not wear-resistant, it will affect the crushing capacity.
